Non-Custom Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original condition, and returned in the original or equivalent packaging.
Refunds (full or partial) are issued on a case-by-case basis once the return is received and reviewed.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order products, all customized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can assist you. I am always happy to help resolve any issues.
