These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and all purchases made through it. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors, finishes, and materials may vary slightly in person.
We may discontinue or update products at any time without notice.

3. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are created based on details provided by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing all proofs and details prior to approval.
Once approved, custom orders are final sale and cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

4. Digital Products

If offered, digital files (including templates, downloads, and printable products) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or distributed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order leaves our studio and is in the custody of the carrier, delays or damages caused by shipping carriers are not within our control.
In the event of loss or damage, please contact us so we may assist where possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Custom items and digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

7. Pricing & Billing

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel or refund the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, photographs, and site content are the intellectual property of Felicia Nicole Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
